Welcome to the office of Jerome Azia DDS. We are a full service family dental practice serving the Southwick area for over thirty-five years. Dr Azia has been a long standing member of the Southwick community, volunteering his time to organizations such as the Southwick Recreation Center and Rotary Club. He has been elected to and served on the Southwick Board of Health since 2000.
